Welcome to my happy little art space!

I'm both a traditional and digital artist creating out of my cozy, slightly chaotic apartment in Keflavik, Iceland. I am so incredibly glad that you stumbled upon my little corner of the internet, and I hope my work brings a little bit of magic and a big smile to your day.

My creative mind is usually split into two happy halves. Some days, you will find me completely covered in acrylic and oil paints, blending textures on a canvas and getting messy. Other days, I am curled up on my couch with a cold can of Pepsi Max, painting digital illustrations on my iPad. On the oddball days, I love trying my hand at different mediums—like experimenting with clay, markers, gold foil, animation, 3D sculpting, and creating a lot of GIFs!

I love exploring fantasy by painting dreamlike portraits of women with a pop-surrealism twist, alongside creating my own universe of cute characters and creatures. A lot of my inspiration comes from artists who have completely captured my heart. I'm deeply moved by the bold colors of Takashi Murakami, the beautiful character compositions of Loish and Audra Auclair, the cute surrealism of Camilla d'Errico, and the atmospheric backgrounds of Guweiz. I am also heavily inspired by YouTube artists like Ten Hundred, Baylee Jae, and Katnipp, just to name a few! But honestly, I'm also just a huge fan at heart—making colorful tribute pieces for my favorite anime or game characters is my ultimate comfort zone.

A few silly things about me:

• I am completely incapable of naming my digital layers. Most of my process is just scrolling through a hundred unnamed layers, trying to find that one tiny detail that is driving me crazy!

• My deeply complex art process mostly consists of me sitting in silence and intensely staring at a blank canvas until inspiration strikes. Funnily enough, inspiration always strikes in the most inconvenient places, which is why I carry an A6 travel sketchbook with me at all times.

• I will listen to the exact same playlist on a loop for five hours straight while finishing a piece. Currently, my go-to is EPIC: The Musical playlist by Jorge Rivera-Herrans and it's amazing cast!
