A Length

Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.

B Width

Place the end of a measuring tape at one side of the chest area and pull the tape across to the other side of the product.

Quarter-Zip Care Instructions 🤐✨

Yay! You’ve adopted a piece of wearable art! To keep your quarter-zip pullover soft, cozy, and vibrant, we need to protect the custom artwork from friction—especially from the zipper itself!

Please give your pullover a little extra love with these care rules:

• 🤐 Zip it up & flip it inside out: Before washing, make sure to zip the collar up completely, then turn the entire garment inside out. This stops the zipper teeth from rubbing against and scratching your printed artwork.

• ❄️ Keep it cool: Wash on a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water. Hot water can damage the print and cause cotton-blends to shrink or polyester fibers to warp.

• 🧼 Choose mild soap: Use a gentle laundry detergent. Please skip the bleach and avoid fabric softeners, as softeners break down print ink layers over time.

• 💨 Air dry is best: Hang-drying your pullover is the absolute best way to preserve the crisp details of the design and prevent pilling. If you must use a dryer, tumble dry on the lowest, coolest setting.

• 🚫 Never iron the print: If the pullover gets wrinkly, iron it inside out on a very low heat setting, or use a clothing steamer. Never let a hot iron touch the printed artwork directly!

Because each piece of wearable art, notebook, and sticker is printed and custom-made just for you the moment you order, we operate a little differently than standard retail stores. Please read our guidelines below before placing your order:

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or if there is a printing mistake, we are so incredibly sorry! We will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

• What to do: Please contact us at hello@yourdomain.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can fix it for you right away!

📏 Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

Since all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or change-of-mind.

📦 Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is placed, it takes Printful about 2–5 business days to create your item. As soon as it leaves the studio, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can watch your package travel all the way to your doorstep.
