Because each piece of wearable art, notebook, and sticker is printed and custom-made just for you the moment you order, we operate a little differently than standard retail stores. Please read our guidelines below before placing your order:

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or if there is a printing mistake, we are so incredibly sorry! We will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

• What to do: Please contact us at hello@yourdomain.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can fix it for you right away!

📏 Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

Since all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or change-of-mind.

• How to avoid this: Please double-check our Size Guide tab before hitting buy! We highly recommend measuring your favorite hoodie at home to ensure a perfect, cozy fit.

📦 Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is placed, it takes Printful about 2–5 business days to create your item. As soon as it leaves the studio, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can watch your package travel all the way to your doorstep.

Tote Bag Care Guide 👜✨

Your new tote bag is made from 100% certified organic cotton canvas, and the artwork is printed using high-definition DTFlex technology. To keep the canvas sturdy, the shape perfect, and your pop-surrealist print ultra-vibrant, please give it a little TLC:

• 🧼 Spot cleaning is best: For small stains or everyday dirt, skip the washing machine entirely! Spot cleaning by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap is the absolute best way to preserve the organic canvas fibers.

• 🌀 Flip it inside out: If the bag needs a full, deep wash, always turn the tote bag inside out before placing it in the wash to shield the artwork from friction.

• ❄️ Cold water, gentle cycle: Machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they break down the print layers.

• 💨 Hang dry only: Air-drying is mandatory! Reshape the bag while damp and hang it up to dry. Do not put your canvas tote in the dryer, as the heat will shrink the heavy cotton canvas and warp the design.

• 🚫 Never iron the print: If you need to smooth out wrinkles, iron the bag inside out on a very low heat setting, or use a steamer. Never let a hot iron touch the printed design directly!
